In May 2016, Florence LaFrance founded Organizing With Passion and left corporate establishment in pursuit of her passion. Over the past decade, she used her diverse knowledge and experience to assist individuals and small businesses in developing personalized solutions to often complex matters associated with life transitions. Her corporate career spans over 30 years and includes experience in facilities management; space planning; move logistics; small business oversight; personnel and administration; program security; and workflow, records, and file management.
She takes pleasure in working with people to bring them peace of mind—and more time for the things that matter most in life—family, friends, and “me-time.”
In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and painting, hiking, reading, travel, home renovations, and animals. Florence also finds intrinsic reward in volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association.
